HeiNous Notebooks

Not-Knowing

Scribbles in my HeiNous notebook, Friday 23rd April 2021: observations and writing I have found interesting in the last week.

Leading, Managing

A palette-cleanser after last week’s policy and horizon scanning notebook entry: “Teach your tongue to say I don’t know“, by Auston Kleon, popped back up in my inbox again recently and got me thinking once again about the benefits of a non-linear career path and moving sector and what these add to the manager’s skillset. This pairs well with the concept of humility I mentioned a few weeks ago and, as I said then, I want to write more about this at some point.
